Delete your account
Use this form to request deletion of your Zengnia account and the personal data associated with it. Submitting the form does not delete anything immediately — our team verifies that the request comes from the account holder first.

What happens next
- We confirm receipt You get an acknowledgement by email within 5 business days.
- We verify the request Our team checks that the request comes from the account holder, so nobody can close someone else's account.
- We delete the account Your account details, profile image and authentication tokens are erased within 30 days, and we email you to confirm.
What is kept
Aggregated business statistics that contain no personal identifiers, and records we are legally required to retain for tax or accounting purposes, are kept as described in section 9 of our privacy policy.
Uninstalling the mobile app removes the data stored on your device, but it does not delete your account on our servers. Use this form for that.
